My son recently received a SIS for tampering with a motor vehicle. He got 5 years probation and drug court He hasn't been showing up for drug court so he violated his probation. He was recently been arrested again for the tampering charge How can they do that when he has already pleaded guilty and received the probation. Does this mean they are revolking the SIS?
